Application for European MG Event (EMGE) 2012 in Sweden

Here is the general information on how to make your application to the EMGE 2012.

Application time has expired, but there are still some tickets left. For hotel booking, rooms and meals, at Ronneby Brunn Hotell there is a waiting list.

If there is any information you are missing, please do not hesitate to contact our event president Håkan Sigemark via mail.

You are requested to fill in the name, passport number, nationality and T-shirt size of driver, co-driver and additional passengers. The actual contact information is for the driver including email, home address and preferably phone numbers.
Finally the M.G. car model, year and registration number needs to be filled out.

It´s very important! On the tour during the meeting we are going to visit a military area and there will be ID checks for matching numbers.

You will also be requested to fill in which “MGCC worldwide club” that the driver is a member of, together with the membership number (if existing). Members of MGCC worldwide will have priority to the event.

The event fee is 3500 SEK for the driver and 3000 SEK for co-driver and any additional passengers

The event fee includes:
* Welcom party on Wednesday evening
* Lunch on Thursday and Friday
* Buffet dinners at "Ronneby Brunn Hotell", Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
* Gala dinner on Saturday evening including drinks and wine
* Entries to amusements, museums and guided tours
* Gifts and rally documents
* Free entry to the SPA area at Ronneby Brunn Hotell

The event fee excludes accommodation/hotel charges which must be settled directly with the hotel separately – see information below.

The total fee is calculated in the application form and should be paid prompt in order to secure your participation in the event. From April the 1th there is a waiting list for hotel booking, rooms and meals, at Ronneby Brunn Hotell. Latest day for payment was March 31th.

On the application form, the reservations of the hotel rooms at Ronneby Brunn Hotell (RBH) are done. However, from April the 1th there is a waiting list for the Hotel accommodation.
There is also an alternative to either stay at a Hostel or Camping. Booking of these alternatives you have to do yourself.

At Ronneby Brunn Hotell there are 4 alternatives types of rooms;- single room, double room, 3-bed room and family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. (Family rooms are equipped with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed and 1 extra bed.)

The booking is for four nights, August 1st to 5th, and includes breakfast.

Please note: All hotel costs at Ronneby Brunn Hotell are to be paid upon departure August 5th 2012.

In the comments section you can fill out any other important information like allergies, if you are travelling with pets, need a room for smokers etc.

After you have completed the application form, please push “Skicka/Send” and you are automatically registered for the event!

After full payment of the event fee you will receive a new mail from the Organization Committee that confirms your booking. If you not receive it, please contact Håkan Sigemark

Please note that we have a maximum of 200 cars allotted for the event and once again your participation is not guaranteed until you have paid the event costs
