The M.G. Car Club of Sweden celebrates 60 years

MG was the first car manufacturer that started car production after the Second World War. Already in 1946 the first ten TCs were exported to Sweden and MG was soon the most popular sports car in the country. In 1952 two models were manufactured at the Mill in Abingdon, TD Midget and YB Saloon. We do not have any YBs in Sweden but we have 93 TDs in the club register in the year 2010. In 1972 the club changed its name to The M.G. Car Club of Sweden and has strong relations to the Mother Club in England and all other MG Clubs all over the world
